Create offer letters in bulk from a spreadsheet

Put each new hire in a spreadsheet row (name, title, salary, start date, manager), upload one offer letter you've already written, and RowDraft drafts a finished, named letter for every row.

Steps

  1. List new hires in Excel or CSV: one row each, one column per detail.
  2. Upload a finished offer letter for one of them.
  3. Link the name, title, salary and dates — RowDraft finds most of them for you.
  4. Name the files, like {Employee} - Offer Letter, and generate Word or PDF.

Other HR documents that work the same way

Onboarding letters, policy acknowledgments, pay-change letters, certificates of completion, and reference letters.

Questions

Will salaries keep their dollar signs and commas?
Yes. RowDraft uses the value as it's formatted in your spreadsheet, like $72,000.00.
Is employee information private?
Projects are visible only to people in your workspace, and generated documents aren't kept on our servers.
